TREVOR LEE DOWNING

Trevor began his career in the building industry by working for his father, a developer and home builder. Starting young, cleaning up job sites and gradually advancing through and gaining experience in almost every trade. Framing, finish carpentry, concrete, roofing, excavation, and even plumbing. While in college, he launched his own company that focused on fine furniture and woodworking - Forest City Made. Over the years he has been commissioned for all kinds of projects - custom homes, furniture, restaurants, to name a few - Giving him the opportunity to collaborate with top architects, well-known brands, famous celebrities, and the kindest people.

After his service in the US Navy, Trevor attended the Building Technology and Construction Management program at Portland Community College. This coupled with a background in fine furniture making, allows him to bring both, traditional craftsmanship, and professional-level organization to his work.

Trevor still finds great satisfaction in what he does - creating things, whether they be homes where families can grow and feel secure or commercial spaces where businesses can showcase their unique stories and brand. These days Trevor operates under his personal name. He believes that his work is an extension of who he is.

When not working, Trevor enjoys spending time with his family or exploring Central Oregon— on his bike, skis, or paraglider.
