The Columbia project is a custom family residence created by local architect Brandon Olin, situated in the heart of town. Trevor Downing was brought on board to manage the project for the extremely busy general contractor, Stillwater Construction. This home includes two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an entertainment room, a great room, and a two-car garage.

The main floor is equipped with a hydronic radiant floor heating system, and the interior doors feature a trim-less design.
